About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Video Analyzer, including the website, the AI Rap Video Generator, the video analysis tools, and any related features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services in your country, to use Video Analyzer. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and only they may buy credits.

Your Account

You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@videoanalyzer.io if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may create one account per person. Creating additional accounts to get more free previews is not allowed.

The Service

AI Rap Video Generator. You upload a photo of each of the two performers (or one photo of both) and choose a stage and a sound: the stage's template track, your own song clip, or a rap the AI writes from your topic. The Service places the people in your photos into a performance video, lip-synced to the sound. Each account can make one short free preview, which is marked as a preview and cannot be downloaded. Full videos cost credits, shown before you start, and are refunded automatically if they cannot finish. Generation runs on third-party AI models and can take several minutes.
Video analysis tools. Video to Text transcribes the speech in a video you upload, and Video to Prompt describes frames sampled from it as a prompt for AI generators. Each run costs credits, shown before you start, and is refunded automatically if it cannot finish. Results are produced by AI models and can contain mistakes, so review them before you rely on or publish them. The built-in sample shows illustrative output labelled "Sample result".

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content created for other users. Review results before you rely on or publish them.

Credits and Payments

What credits are. Credits are used to pay for AI video generation. The number of credits each video costs is shown before you generate it.
Plans. You can get credits through a monthly subscription or a one-time credit pack. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may include or exclude taxes depending on your location. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically every month and charges your payment method until you cancel. Each paid period adds that plan's credits. Credits from a subscription period that you have not used by the next renewal are removed, and the new period's credits are added. When you use credits, subscription credits are used before credits from one-time packs.
Changing or cancelling. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time in your billing settings. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period and receive the additional credits right away. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep that period's credits until then, and remaining subscription credits are removed when the subscription ends.
Failed renewals. If a renewal payment fails, our payment provider retries it for a limited time. No new credits are added until the payment succeeds, and the subscription ends if the payment keeps failing.
One-time packs. A credit pack is a single purchase with no renewal.
Using credits. Credits are deducted when a generation starts. If a generation fails or does not finish, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically.
No cash value. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be exchanged for money except where the law requires it. Credits from one-time packs do not currently expire; if this changes, we will give you advance notice.
Refunds. Credit purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you were charged in error or a technical problem prevented you from using your credits, contact us and we will review your request. If a payment is refunded or reversed, including a subscription payment, the credits it added are removed from your balance.
Price changes. We may change prices, plan credits, or pack sizes. Changes do not affect credits you have already received. We will tell you before a change to your subscription price applies to your next renewal.

Your Content and AI Output

"Your content" means the photos, song clips, topics, prompts, and files you submit, and the audio and videos generated for you.

You keep any rights you have in the content you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit it, including permission from every person shown in the photos you upload and the rights to any song or lyrics you did not write yourself.
As between you and us, you own the output generated for you, to the extent the law allows ownership of AI-generated content. You are responsible for how you use it, including checking that your use does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You give us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content only to operate and improve the Service, to keep it secure, and to comply with the law. We send your inputs to the AI providers that generate your results (see our Privacy Policy).

Acceptable Use

You must not use Video Analyzer to:

Create content that depicts or imitates a real person, including their face, voice, or name, in a misleading way or without their permission
Upload photos of a person without their permission, or of a minor unless you are their parent or legal guardian
Infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights, for example by submitting songs, lyrics, or material you are not allowed to use
Create sexual content involving minors, or any content that is illegal where you live
Create content that harasses, threatens, or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups
Spread spam, scams, malware, or deliberately misleading information
Abuse the credit system, for example by creating multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, or reversing payments to keep credits
Interfere with the Service, bypass usage limits, scrape it, or access it by automated means other than the API keys we provide
Reverse engineer the Service or use it to build a competing product

We may remove content or restrict generation that violates these rules.

Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if your use creates legal risk or harm to others, or if we stop offering the Service. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund unused purchased credits.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the website before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply.
